About Our Event
More Than a Competition
Global Games is the sporting event created and hosted by the Ridgewood High School World Support Alliance (RHSWSA). Designed to bring students, families, volunteers, and the community together, Global Games celebrates teamwork, leadership, inclusion, and the power of giving back.
Throughout an action-packed day, teams compete in a variety of sports and challenges while working toward a common goal: making a positive impact both on and off the field.
Our Mission
Global Games exists to unite communities through sports while inspiring leadership, service, and global citizenship. Every participant, volunteer, sponsor, and supporter helps create an event that extends far beyond competition.
Together, we strive to build stronger communities and create opportunities for children in need around the world.
How It Works
Teams compete throughout the day in multiple sports and activities, earning points in each competition. At the same time, teams are encouraged to support the event’s fundraising efforts, helping expand the impact of Global Games beyond the competition itself.
Success is measured not only by athletic performance but also by teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship, and community involvement.
