Because the Global Games is a large-scale event, all official event volunteers must meet certain requirements. If you do not meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply. Our team will do its best to accommodate all volunteers whenever possible and find a role that matches your skills and availability.

Grade Level

To serve as an official Global Games volunteer, applicants must be enrolled in Grades 9โ€“12. This opportunity is open exclusively to high school students within those grade levels.

Commitment

Volunteers must be able to attend all required training sessions and work their assigned shifts during the Global Games. Reliability, punctuality, and commitment are expected from every volunteer.

Location

To ensure reliable attendance, official Global Games volunteers should reside in Ridgewood, NJ, or within a 35-mile radius of the event location. Applicants outside this area may still apply and will be considered based on availability.

Teamwork

Official Global Games volunteers must be able to work effectively as part of a team, follow instructions from event supervisors, and contribute to creating a positive experience for all participants and guests.
